Lovely Places in Toronto: The Paper Place

What: A store that features textured, pattered Japanese Paper, but there is also a variety of other amazing paper to be oogled. Beautifully bound journals and books are sold for doodles and poems. Paper lanterns for summer hanging. Snippets and scraps collected in bags are also for sale.

Where: 887 Queen Street West, Toronto ON, M6J 1G5

Website: The Paper Place

Why I love this place: The sheer variety is amazing. The paper is sorted by colour which makes it easy if you have a project in mind. There are ideas around the store to inspire shoppers. Prices vary but there is something for everyone, even if you only have a dollar to spend. The people are friendly and helpful.
