{Banana Muffins}

Weekend Baking for Tayson to enjoy!

I always seem to have a few left over banana's that get too ripe to eat.
Perfect for freezing and making these delicious banana muffins!
They are a favorite of Tayson's and he likes helping me make them too.

3 large banana's thawed
1 egg
1/3C oil
3/4C white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 C Flour

Mash Banana's, add oil and egg.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Mix with spatula.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
