Rosey Cupcakes

After being inspired by the lovely sites I found that indulged in creative baked goods, I decided I needed to get busy myself and try my hand at creating fun, flowery cupcakes. I did not have a hand mixer for quite a while, so after work on Friday, I pick up this lovely Oster for $30 buckeros!


After faulting on the icing making, (thanks mom for your help) I finally was able to get these babies iced. Here is the result that I shared with my church and family. YUMMO! They were delicious and super fun and satisfying to make.
