Estate Sale, to go or not to go?

Have you ever? Gone to one? I'm an estate sale virgin but there is something about it that makes me want to see what it's about. Tomorrow there is a sale close by our place and I'm tempted to check it out.

Lovely Places in Toronto: Avenue Road Flower Shops

I learned about these glorious flower shops about 3 years ago. The seasonal variety is always amazing and they always carry every other kind flower (prices vary of course through out the year) such as lilies and roses. There are 4 different stores that tend to carry the same things with almost the same prices so, I don't have one store that I like more than the others. It's definitely a fun strip of store to visit, if you like flowers I guess, and pick a bouquet for yourself or someone you love.

Lovely Places in Toronto: Coriander Girl

I happened upon this lovely blog and fabulous store that I just can't wait to visit! Coriander Girl is a delicious mix of floral eye candy and antique goodness. Her designs are similar to the Small Stump girls in Califiornia, but I'm glad to have found some wonderful Canadian talent!

Toronto's Summerlicious

Every summer Toronto's finest restaurants open their doors to those (me!) who would love to experience the tastes and moods of these places but could never afford to. Summerlicious is a great opportunity to break out of that Milestone's/Montana's/McDonald's rut and dig into some serious savory summerlicious deals, I mean meals! With a fixed price menu, a three course dinner ranges from $25 - $45 buckeros! A pretty sweet deal for a meal that would usually cost over $50! Reservations open tomorrow, June 18th, and they go FAST!
